Conduct, Core Values and all other published policies and commitments for customer and community benefit.
We seek to avoid real and apparent conflicts of interest of any kind affecting Clients and to bring all unavoidable ones forward urgently for resolution by 3E Quantum management with affected parties.
We seek to be objective in our approach and will advise Clients accordingly, even if this may result in the Consultancy turning down potential business.
We continuously improve our professional knowledge, skills and competencies in order to remain among the leaders and most reliable advisers in our field.
We behave courteously, honestly, fairly and with integrity with Clients, their staff and customers and with all our business contacts, and seek to earn their respect and confidence.
We ensure that information and claims about our services, business experience and ability is accurate and not misleading.
We nominate a Lead Consultant acceptable to Clients for each assignment, which monitors our performance and manages formal negotiations, terms and conditions, payment and progress
liaison.
We allocate work on behalf of Clients only to Associates and Sub-Contractors in whose
credentials and competence we have confidence and take responsibility for their performance.
We carry out assignments conscientiously and respect promised deadlines, keeping Clients regularly informed of progress.
We do not solicit or encourage Client personnel to join other Clients or organisations or to become 3E Quantum associates or sub-contractors.
We are careful that personal appearance, facilities, materials and equipment used with Clients, their customers and related parties reflect our high standards.
We carefully avoid any act, which may damage the Consultancy or Clients’ reputation.
