Assessment

3E Quantum delivers an assessment service which not only selects the best for your roles, but is    also delivered in a manner which emphasizes the professionalism of your organization

We apply the science of selection within the context of the business. Combining bespoke design    and the integration of commercially available testing packages to create the most cost effective    and relevant assessment solution.

In order to achieve this, qualified consultants rigorously screen and assess all candidates before    submitting their details to clients. All candidates undergo a pre-interview with 3E Quantum, as well    as in many cases being tested for the role they are applying for.

We believe that the only way to recruit the best candidate for each individual role is to determine    the key competencies essential for success in that environment, and then design individual tools    (including group exercises, case studies, role plays etc) which assess candidates against all these    key competencies.

Below are some of the types of assessments offered.
